Abolfazl Khan Gheitaghi, born in 1359 (Jalali calendar), was a senior project management expert. He was 45 years old at the time of his death.
He passed away on 18 Dey 1404 (Jalali calendar) under Haft-e Tir Bridge in Mashhad. The cause of his death was reported as three military bullets hitting his abdomen.
