Aida Heydari was a medical student at Tehran University and the secretary of the university's book club.
She was shot three times with live ammunition on Ayatollah Kashani Boulevard in Tehran and was transferred to Payambaran Hospital in Tehran. She was resuscitated once, but one of the bullets had struck her heart, and she passed away.
