Atena Razdar, a 22-year-old resident of Tehran with a Bachelor of Arts degree, was killed on January 9, 2026, during public protests. She was targeted by suppressive forces and shot directly in the head. Her body was reportedly handed over to her family nine days later, on the condition that it be buried in Kermanshah.
